    A Bill to amend Section 31-17-360, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to a moving permit for a mobile home, so as to provide that a mobile home dealer must comply with the regulations of the South Carolina Manufactured Housing Board and the provisions of Section 44-55-830 prior to placing a mobile home upon a new site for occupancy.
