    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE PORTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 23 IN SALUDA COUNTY THAT IS ONE MILE NORTH OF MONETTA, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND WHICH IS ACROSS FROM THE WATSON PACKING SHED, IN MEMORY OF DEPUTY SHERIFF ALLEN "PETE" MYERS OF SALUDA, AND TO PLACE APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ON THE HIGHWAY REFLECTING THIS DESIGNATION.
