S 1272 General Bill, By M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend Section 10-1-160 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the display of the State Flag atop the State House, so as to require that the United States Flag and the State Flag shall be displayed from staffs atop or near the main entrances of all state-owned buildings, except when two or more state-owned buildings are adjacent or contiguous to each other or when one state agency is housed in more than one building on the same grounds, in which cases the flags shall be displayed from a staff in an appropriate place of honor in one location only.
