    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE INTERSECTION LOCATED AT THE JUNCTION OF UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 1 AND MORGAN DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LEXINGTON "ARMY SPECIALIST THOMAS DAY CAUGHMAN INTERSECTION" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS THAT CONTAIN THIS DESIGNATION TO HONOR ARMY SPECIALIST THOMAS DAY CAUGHMAN WHO MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE IN DEFENSE OF HIS COUNTRY WHILE ON PATROL IN BAGHDAD, IRAQ DURING OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM.
