A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-11-57 so as to establish a thirty-five dollar rate of subsistence for members of state boards, commissions, and committees and to establish a cap of seventy-nine dollars when the member is reimbursed for actual expenses incurred on official business; and to amend Section 2-3-30, relating to subsistence expenses for members of the General Assembly, so as to provide for actual expenses not to exceed seventy-nine dollars a day.
