    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 20 to Chapter 7, Title 44, so as to provide for the licensing, regulation, and inspection of continuing care retirement communities by setting forth related definitions; licensing, regulating, and inspecting requirements; financial duties; disclosure requirements; the establishment of a complaint system; billing requirements; examination of the communities; establishment of an escrow account; sanctions for noncompliance, the appeal process; penalties for violations; and a waiver of requirements.
