S 1276 General Bill, By N.W. Smith, Giese, R.L. Helmly, Leatherman, I.E. Lourie, S.S. Martschink, Moore, Peeler, Setzler, J.M. Waddell and Wilson
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-17-120, so as to require each school district in this State to have a nurse-student ratio of at least one nurse to every two thousand students by school year 1991-92, and to provide for a funding plan to be developed by the State Department of Education to supplement the funds available to the school districts to implement the above provisions.
