    A Bill to amend Section 30-4-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the right to inspect or copy public records and notification of availability of records, so as to provide that public bodies are not required to provide public records on a particular topic if a lawsuit on that issue is imminent.
