    A Bill to amend Chapter 9, Title 25, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to emergency measures, by adding Article 5 enacting the Southern Regional Emergency Management Assistance Compact in order to provide for mutual assistance between the member states in managing emergencies or disasters duly declared by the Governor of the affected state and mutual cooperation in emergency-related exercises and training activities.
