    A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 2 OF THE 1976 CODE, BY ADDING CHAPTER 63 TO CREATE THE OTHER FUNDS OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE, TO DEFINE OTHER FUNDS, TO PROVIDE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMMITTEE SHALL EXAMINE THE SOURCE OF OTHER FUNDS IN THIS STATE AND RECOMMEND TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY THE APPROPRIATE POLICY FOR THE RECEIPT, APPROPRIATION, EXPENDITURE, AND REPORTING OF OTHER FUNDS.
