S*1400 Concurrent Resolution, By W.R. Lee, A.S. Macaulay and T.H. Pope
    A Concurrent Resolution welcoming "The Moving Wall", the replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, to the State of South Carolina, and expressing the hope that the presence of "The Moving Wall" in the Palmetto State will cause South Carolinians to pause and reflect on the sacrifices of American citizens in Vietnam in the pursuit of freedom and liberty.
