    A Bill to amend Sections 40-7-230 and 40-7-280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to barbers, so as to provide that each registered barber and apprentice shall renew his certificate annually and to exempt cosmetologists from licensure requirements; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 40-7-125 so as to allow a licensed cosmetologist to obtain a certificate of registration as a master hair care specialist.
