    A Concurrent Resolution to fix 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 13, 1988, as the time for electing members of the Board of Visitors of the Citadel and members of the Boards of Trustees of Clemson University, The Medical University of South Carolina, South Carolina State College, the University of South Carolina, Winthrop College, and the Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School to succeed those members whose terms expire in 1988 and to fill vacancies for the unexpired terms ending June 30, 1990, one for the Clemson University Board of Trustees and one for Winthrop College Board of Trustees.
