S 1402 General Bill, By J.C. Lindsay, McConnell, M.T. Rose and Wilson
    A Bill to enact the "Student Protection Act of 1990", including provisions that each employee of a school district or applicant for employment with the district, as a condition of employment, shall authorize a criminal background investigation of himself, and provisions for certain fees, the establishment of a misdemeanor offense, penalties, and the adoption and promulgation of regulations.
