    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 40 to Title 48 so as to create the Management Trust Fund and the Beach Management Trust Fund Oversight Committee; to provide for its powers and duties; and to establish an administrative procedure to compensate real property owners for an interference with or taking of property as a result of law or regulation.
