    A Bill to amend Section 38-7-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the tax on Workers' Compensation insurers, so as to change the tax rate beginning with fiscal year 1989-1990, and to provide for the designated use of the tax by the Workers' Compensation Commission beginning in fiscal year 1989-1990 and for the remittance of the balance of the tax to the General Fund.
