S 1459 General Bill, By Bryan
    A Bill to amend Sections 56-1-520 and 56-5-6150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the vesting in municipal courts the jurisdiction to hear, try, and determine criminal cases involving violations of Article 1, Chapter 1, Title 56 (Driver's License) and cases involving violations of Chapter 5 of Title 56 (Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways), so as to increase trial jurisdiction for municipal courts from one hundred to two hundred dollars.
