    A Concurrent Resolution to fix 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 18, 1990, as the time for electing members of the Board of Visitors of the Citadel and members of the Board of Trustees of Clemson University, the College of Charleston, Francis Marion College, Lander College, the Medical University of South Carolina, South Carolina State College, the University of South Carolina, and Winthrop College, to succeed those members whose terms expire in 1990 and to fill vacant seats on these Boards the present terms for which expire in 1990 and 1992.
