S 1469 General Bill, By Drummond
    A Bill to amend Section 34-11-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the jurisdiction of and penalties for fraudulent check cases, so as to require the State Law Enforcement Division to keep a nonpublic record of a first offense violation which is expunged to insure that no person takes advantage of the right of expungement permitted by this Section more than once.
