S 1491 General Bill, By I.E. Lourie
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 9-1-1845 so as to allow a current contributing member of the South Carolina Retirement System who has prior service as a magistrate or an employee of a magistrate whose only compensation was from fees to establish credit for purposes of the South Carolina Retirement System for the years of service in which his compensation was only from fees upon payment of a lump sum to the System equal to the actuarial cost of the credit established.
