    A Bill to amend Section 38-77-280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to motor vehicle collision and comprehensive coverage, so as to delete certain provisions which are inconsistent with the cessation by coverage provisions of the Automobile Insurance Reform Act of 1989.
