A Senate Resolution to amend Rules 19 and 50 of the Rules of the Senate of South Carolina, relating to the standing committees of the Senate and the prohibition on the Senate accepting invitations from groups which discriminate and the duties of the Senate Invitations Committee with respect to enforcing the prohibition, so as to eliminate the Invitations Committee as a standing committee of the Senate and to delete references to the committee and its functions.
