    A Bill to amend Section 5-37-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the definitions used in the Municipal Improvement Act of 1973, so as to include within the definition of "improvements" the relocation, construction, widening and dredging of channels, canals, and waterways used for recreational purposes.
