S 1507 General Bill, By J.M. Waddell
    A Bill to amend Chapter 119 of Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Clemson University by adding Article 7 so as to authorize the Board of Trustees to issue auxiliary facilities revenue bonds in order to provide funds for the acquisition, construction, renovation, or equipping of auxiliary facilities, to provide that the bonds must be secured by a lien on and pledge of revenues derived from the facilities and operations, to provide procedures relating to the authorization of the bonds, and to provide that no time limit is set for the issuance of bonds.
