A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 31-3-170, so as to further define the powers of the South Carolina Housing Authority by authorizing it to render advice, technical assistance, or other services to political subdivisions of the State, nonprofit entities, and federal agencies engaged in providing or promoting the development of housing resources within the State, to authorize the entering into and execution of contracts for such purpose, and to provide that the ability to enter into such contracts is not limited by economic class of any individual.
