    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3- 3310, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATE FOR A RECIPIENT OF THE PURPLE HEART, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AFTER THE INITIAL FEE FOR ISSUANCE IS PAID, THE PLATE MAY BE RENEWED BY A STICKER, THE CHARGE FOR WHICH MUST BE THE RENEWAL FEE CHARGED FOR A REGULAR PLATE.
