S 1540 General Bill, By S.S. Martschink and Passailaigue
    A Bill to amend Section 59-1-445, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to penalties and investigations regarding violations of mandatory test security, so as to provide that the penalty provisions do not apply to a teacher or student who has violated the security procedures provided in this Section or under regulations promulgated by the State Board of Education who shares that information as a result of an official investigation or inquiry into allegations of violations of this Section or regulations.
