    A Bill to amend Section 37-2-202, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to charges additional to the credit service charge that a creditor may contract for, so as to provide that charges may include charges for accident and health insurance rather than accident or health insurance, and to provide that a charge may be made for unemployment insurance coverage.
