    A Concurrent Resolution to recognize and encourage the Mental Health Association in Mid-Carolina, in conjunction with the National Mental Health Association and its affiliated chapters and divisions nationwide, as they endeavor to educate the citizens of this community, state, and nation on the importance of a child-centered, family-focused, and community-based mental health service system.
