    A Senate Resolution to express the deepest sympathy of the members of the Senate to our friend and former colleague, T. Ed Garrison, and his family of Anderson, whose son, James Bartlett (Bart) Garrison, was killed in a tragic farming accident on Wednesday, May 9, 1990, and to wish a speedy recovery to Senator Garrison's son, Tom, who is recovering from injuries suffered in the same accident.
