    A Bill to amend Section 56-7-10, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to uniform traffic tickets used by law enforcement officers for certain arrests, so as to correct printers' errors in references to two specific offenses, provide that uniform traffic tickets be applicable to watercraft and navigational violations, and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 56-7-50 so as to provide that the provisions of Chapter 7, Title 56, do not apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department, or to any of their agents.-amended title
