    A Bill to amend Chapter 23 of Title 48, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to forestry, by adding Section 48-23-95 so as to provide that the State Commission of Forestry prescribe and prepare a special official summons form to be used by the Commission's Forest Law Enforcement Officers in making arrests for offenses where the maximum penalty does not exceed a fine of two hundred dollars or thirty days imprisonment.
