    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-11-720, SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS, 1976, RELATING TO ENTITIES WHOSE EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES OF SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICTS CREATED BY ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY THAT PROVIDE FIRE SERVICE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR INSURANCE BENEFITS.
