    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 34-25-165, so as to require any savings and loan association to furnish an indemnity bond in a responsible surety company, obligations guaranteed by the United States, or general obligation bonds of this State or any political subdivision upon the deposit of State funds by the State Treasurer above insurance coverage by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation.
