    A Bill to amend Section 7-25-180, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the unlawful distribution of campaign literature, so as to provide that it is unlawful on an election day within two hundred feet of an entrance being used by the electors or inside the building where the polling place is located, rather than within two hundred feet of the building in which a polling place is located, to distribute campaign literature or place political posters, and provide that the poll manager shall use every reasonable means to keep the area within two hundred feet of an entrance being used by the electors or inside the building where the polling place is located, rather than within two hundred feet of the polling place, clear of political literature and displays.-amended title
