    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, TITLE 56 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING PROVISIONS THAT WOULD ALLOW THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO ISSUE HISTORIC AUTOMOBILE LICENSE PLATES FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE OR MOTORCYCLE THAT IS TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
