    A Bill to amend Section 11-17-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the retirement of a favorable election prior to issuance of bonds by the State, state agencies and political units, so as to provide that the issuance of bond anticipation notes pursuant thereto shall be deemed to fulfill any time limitation for the issuance of bonds which have been authorized by any election.
