    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-33-210, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TAXES ON LICENSES GRANTED PURSUANT TO THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ACT, SO AS TO DELETE THE LICENSE FEE FOR A MICRO-DISTILLERY; AND TO REPEAL SUBARTICLE 11, ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 6, TITLE 61 RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND LICENSING OF MICRO-DISTRIBUTORS OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
