    A Bill to enact The South Carolina Clean Indoor Air Act by prohibiting smoking in public places and public meetings except in designated areas, to define terms, and to provide a penalty for violations, to require persons in charge of public places to designate smoking areas and to require them to discourage smoking in public places.
