    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-870, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the court's authority to commit a respondent to jail for failure to obey an order for support so as to require the court to issue a warrant and to repeal Section 20-7-930 relating to the court's authority to place a respondent on probation after refusing to obey an order for support.
