H 2145 General Bill, By Elliott
    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to classes of property exempt from ad valorem taxation, so as to provide that, for tax years beginning after December 31, 1987, every boat fifteen feet in length and smaller, designed to carry no more than two persons, and powered by a motor of fifteen horsepower or less is exempt from that taxation if the boat is not used for commercial purposes.
