    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 2 to Title 60, so as to provide for the establishment of the State Documents Depository as a function of the State Library and require all state agencies, departments and institutions to furnish copies of state publications to the depository; and to amend Section 60-1-50, relating to the powers and duties of the State Library Board, so as to authorize the Board to administer the functions of the State Depository.
