Summary: Commercial Code-funds transfers
    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 36-4A-108, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE-FUNDS TRANSFERS, SO AS TO MAKE THE CHAPTER APPLICABLE TO REMITTANCE TRANSFERS, UNLESS THE REMITTANCE TRANSFER IS AN ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER, AND TO PROVIDE THAT, IN THE EVENT THERE IS AN INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE APPLICABLE PROVISION OF THE CHAPTER AND THE APPLICABLE PROVISION OF THE ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER ACT, THE PROVISION OF THE ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER ACT GOVERNS. - ratified title
