    A Bill to designate Sections 44-6-5 through 44-6-210, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as Article 1 of Chapter 6 of Title 44 to be entitled "Health and Human Services Finance Commission Created-Medically Indigent Assistance Act"; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Article 3 to Chapter 6 of Title 44 so as to enact the "Medicaid Nursing Home Reform Act of 1987" which establishes a procedure for the allocation of Medicaid beds.
