H 2258 General Bill, By J.I. Rogers and T.W. Edwards
    A Bill to amend Section 59-113-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the definition of "independent institution of higher learning", so as to delete from the definition any independent junior college accredited by any other accrediting agency recognized and designated by the State Department of Education and to include any independent junior or senior college whose main campus is located in this State.
