    A Bill to amend Section 5-3-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the method of annexation requiring a petition signed by seventy-five percent of the freeholders owning at least seventy-five percent of the assessed value of the real property in the area requesting annexation, so as to reduce the percentage requirement to fifty-five percent.
