    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-4150, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to registration of trucks and similar vehicles, so as to eliminate the requirement that for every vehicle except farm trucks the actual unloaded or empty weight of the vehicle be marked in a conspicuous place on the vehicle.
