    A Bill to reauthorize the existence of the State Board of Nursing; to amend Section 40-33-210, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the State Board of Nursing, so as to increase the number of members from seven to nine, provide the method of appointment and provide for the filling of vacancies; to provide that the present members of the Board shall serve until the expiration of their terms or December 31, 1982; to amend Section 40-33-410, relating to the appointment of consultant physicians for the State Board of Nursing, so as to provide that the President of the Board or his designee shall serve as an advisory nonvoting member of the State Board of Medical Examiners; to require a report relating to continuing education; and to repeal Section 40-33-220 relating to the appointment of members of the State Board of Nursing and the filling of vacancies.
