    A Bill to reauthorize the existence of the South Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners; to amend Section 40-9-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners, so as to increase the number of members from eight to nine, provide the method of appointment and provide for the filling of vacancies; to provide that the present members of the Board shall serve until the expiration of their terms or December 31, 1982; and to amend the Code by adding Section 40-9-31, 40-9-32 and 40-9-33 so as to provide for the organization of the Board, its membership and a quorum, to provide for its powers and provide procedures in actions relating to the revocation, suspension and restriction of a license and the disciplining of licensees.
