    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-780, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the confidentiality of juvenile records in the family court, so as to provide that juveniles within the jurisdiction of the family court on delinquency petitions must be fingerprinted and the fingerprints and ultimate disposition of the petition reported to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the same manner that such information is reported in the case of adults.
